Virtually all our products are made traditionally, by hand at our store.
In order to make sure you are always getting the best and freshest of products, we need to balance supply and demand.
This may mean, at various times, some of our products may be unavailable, or may be available in a few days time.
Please contact us to confirm that we do have the item you are after in-store, to save any inconvenience.

If we know you want it, we can then make it . . .

And for any large orders, regardless of product availability, we would great appreciate a couple of days notice.
